I love working with all buyers, but especially with first time homebuyers because their excitement is contagious. I enjoy the whole process of helping figure out the ins and outs of buying a first home, as well as prepping the buyer for future homes to come. I work with buyers in all price ranges.
Part of my job is not only real estate advice, but also education. Most home buyers don’t know what a Lintel or a soffit is, and that is just part of the service I offer-navigating the fields of the unknown. It helps to have strategies based on the current pulse of the market, and my many years in business have taught me how to help buyers even in a seller’s market.
I have marketed many homes over the years and have found that each one is very unique. The reason the current owners purchased the home is probably the reason the new buyers will purchase it as well. I focus on all the positives and highlight them. I try to paint a picture as to how the buyers will live in the home and the amenities that they will enjoy close by. My motto is, “There is a lid for every pot,” and my job is to market and portray to the public what a great “pot” we have, so that the “lid” will find its way there. It is a matchmaking game, and I love helping sellers display their home in the best possible light to find a great next match. Having lived in the area all my life has made me very familiar with all neighborhoods so I am very experienced in pricing per the neighborhood’s history.
Real Estate is my business and my passion. Whether you are buying or selling, you will not find a more experienced…..and, might I add…..FUN REALTOR for your needs. I will make the buying or selling process much less stressful for you too by navigating you through the rough spots.
