It was very helpful to have her visit the property before it was emptied, and a few months before the listing. She gave us practical advice and contacts for all kinds of issues. The vendors she recommended (landscaping, window-washing, etc.) were available, on-time, excellent and affordable. Kathy kept me apprised as to every development with regular outreach at convenient times. When she was not sure of something, she said so. When she said she would do something, it was done. When something needed to be done that was a stretch, she did it without being asked ... several times.
